What is

Stress Free UC +Health?

Stress Free UC +Health is a study being conducted by researchers at the University of California, San Francisco who want to better understand how a mindfulness and healthy eating program might influence stress and eating behaviors. We are testing methods to lower stress and promote healthy eating in hopes of finding new ways to support employee health.
